Is someone committing fraud against the American people? A recent run in with them at a bus station let me know something very interesting. The following events happened on 5/12/13 CCY, around 5:45 P.M. at a Bus Terminal in Orlando, Florida Republic, Continental United States of North America / Amexem: While attempting to travel by bus I was stopped by a U.S. Security agent pushing a grey cart who asked to search my bag, which is a net material allowing clear view into the contents inside. I placed the bag onto the cart and told him he could open it. He then asked me to open the bag, which alarmed me because if the choice to open my bag is mine then I have a right not to open the bag and proceed unmolested, especially if the agent refuses to open it while in his care. The agent for the company stated that it was against their policy to open people’s bags and that the people had to do it to allow the search. I let him know that if their policy is to not open people’s bags then essentially they have no right to search the bag at all let alone solicit in a public venue that such authority exists. On more than one occasion I tried to hand my bag to these agents to open and search and they all refused. I even told the first agent that if he told me his name (because he was wearing no badge while at work) that I would open my bag, he refused. This alarmed me because I am not aware of any policy under the Florida Department of Public Safety or the United States Constitution whereby a security guard can be on the clock/active duty without proper (visible) identification and/or in full uniform. They (U.S. Security) are not federal agents and the bus company is a private entity doing business on indigenous lands (See Florida’s History.) making them foreign to myself and the Americas and cannot abrogate my right to public transportation because they feel like it (U.S. Security agent affirmed on audio/video tape that I had not broken a rule and that he just did not want me to catch the bus). He even went as far as to coerce the driver to deny me travel, even though they are the ones who refused the search. This guy who called himself ‘Sarge’ was disrespectful, belligerent, and abusive of his position. He knew nothing of his own duties, and called me a smart ass for having a little more knowledge than him. This terrorist called another group of terrorizers to force me to leave and keep me from departing on time. The ones that arrived, like most terrorists did not want to give their cards, and refused to tell me the name of ‘Sarge’ or make him tell me, even though he called and is the alleged ‘accuser’ in this matter. In the end I experienced a breach of my peace and happiness based upon the fact that a few terrorists conspired to deny me travel. It is always amazing how they like to say things like federal law allows these kinds of searches, but cannot state where or what section of law. These idiots deny the rights the constitution protects each day they suit up. Police and security guards alike seem to believe that the law is a game of one-ups, i.e. the newest law or act wins, in spite of the fact that the original constitution prohibits deviation from its original enumeration in all forms. The enforcement of laws that are unconstitutional is tyrannical and contrary to the principles of maintaining a government of and for the people.

MOORISH EMPIRE OF NORTHWEST A'MUURIKA

The only reason “blacks” were denied the vote is because the “whites” refuse to see them as deserving of the right to vote. The law is not the problem, it is the people who refuse to change and will create every legal loophole to maintain a distinction between humans in order to secure social privileges for themselves. All the laws stating equal rights for all don’t matter if the people don’t see themselves as equal. "Blacks" seem to see themselves as being outside of the Constitution and take the position that the federal government grants their rights exclusively (racial entitlement). The states are doing the greatest (mis)educating of the people and have for the most part perpetuated a racist culture to secure a false sense of identity for A’muurikans of European descent. This is not any one group of peoples land to be hoarded over; we belong to it and we are not “white” or “black” people. We are all A’muurikans. The U.S. President and his blood is evidence of that. Education in the United States must be changed in order to make the laws of the land worth anything. The people need to be taught to love one another and accept that the color game is no more.

It is even historically correct to view the states as being very pro-“white” and the sentiments still exist. The federal government, while benefiting from the states and their view, has been able to regulate how the states express their contempt for the non-“white” residents. The acts put in place are unconstitutional and unnatural in the sense that if the so called “colored” people haven’t figured out at this point how and why they are A’muurikans too and protected through the Constitution then they don’t deserve to know and letting them think that an Act of Congress excuses their ignorance, the poor negro. With all this access to history, law, and having “negro” lawyers and politicians one would think that the “minority” in A’muurika would have made a place for himself by way of the Constitution and not Acts of Congress which equate to privileges that can be removed/revoked, which is why Voter Rights are being discussed.

Taking the Voter’s Rights Act out could be positive Constitutional law per the fact that the Supreme law guarantees to all citizens and free inhabitants of the lands the rights, immunities, and privileges of citizenship. The day Congress and the people they represent see the “minorities” as equal citizens will mark the day that the Voter Rights Act will not be needed. The real issue here is education, or the lack thereof. On a grand scale in A’muurika the self-proclaimed, so called “black” and “white” people have no real clue to who they are descended from with respect to their religious and political beliefs (if any at all). Many of them use their skin tone to find acceptance within society without ever even looking deeper than the skin. In order to do what is best for the people of A’muurika it should just be taught, enforced, and accepted that there is no black or white people, or people of color and that the constitution for the United States of America (A’muurika) is binding upon the individual states as well as the residents attempting to prohibit another in the exercise of their secured rights. A removal of all Civil and/or Voter Rights Acts would allow the Federal A’muurikan government to do its job by protecting the people from those who would seek to deny those rights which the Constitution has already secured. Those people who refuse to accept that the A’muurikan people are not just “white” U.S. citizens (and never have been) will undoubtedly become criminals or move to a more tolerable country, the latter being the least probable. Should the Legislative and Judicial really try to show proof that they are in line with the idea of equity for all in America the discrimination laws would be reinforced and prosecuted with zeal. Even if the state took its discrimination complaints as serious as it does driving offenses there would be a decrease in the intimidation tactics which might lead an otherwise intelligent man to prejudice his own rights and think he need an act to enforce an already established fact of law, i.e. that All Men Are Created Equal.

It is this author’s position that the acts be removed in order to enforce the Constitutional rights granted to all men alike in this land, when dealing with U.S. citizens or agents. All acts of Congress which bear the authority to raise up the issues of one race or group within the United States of America are in fact discriminatory and contrary to the Constitution and Bill of Rights. “White” people do have every right to keep to themselves should they not wish to be around people who may be darker/different, but they do not have the right to create laws that would work to identify me or those looking like me as though there is no way that the Constitution was already applicable to me. The issues of voter rights are a sign of the failure of the policies of this nation’s states to prohibit discrimination and educate the people according to the world history for the good of society in spite of the political fallout. Societies are meant to grow and change and this (A’Muurikan) society is overdue and a change in the “white” man’s view of the world can only be done through legislative and judicial action since the executive has already gave the go ahead per the Emancipation Proclamation.

It is in this great day that we find our old Moorish dominions speaking to us from the ethers. By the good will of Allah we have found in these American colonies a light like none other except that which our forefathers gave to many so long ago. In this light we have been awakened to the fact that the history of our people is of an un-recordable nature and can really only be found in the study of the Hu-Man. By accepting this and other facts we find that we are an ancient people who have been integral to the development and expansion of small tribes into great civilizations. The great secret [the history of the Moors] is out and to make it worth its salt it must be used by those who know. The Moors here in America must arise to support and enforce the existence of a dual government under the Great “Moabite” Seal with the Roman Seal. The Roman seal has failed its (colonies/) people here in America to secure payment to its international paymasters. The backbone of the American nation now rest on its Moorish/Moabite population, but only through a republican form of government which became obsolete under Lincoln’s Union [the Democracy]. This is so because 1) under the republican form of government, the Moorish peoples were protected under treaty law and were not represented in the legislation thereby establishing that they are not taxable by the United States 2) the 13th and 14th Amendments are nullities and voidable because they are contrary to the enumeration of the original Constitution and were not needed for the salvation of the mislabeled “negro” who were in fact Moors whose [birth]rights were protected under treaty law, but were escheated by Europeans and all agreements derived therefrom [the amendments] are in fact void 3) many if not all of the once de jure US citizens, i.e. “white” people, have waived their rights to a republican form of government in exchange for a democracy under the Union (essentially reducing all of their rights to taxable privileges) 4) Moorish peoples’ interests have never been legally represented by the United States under the Union and by that fact we still have power of attorney over our estate, wealth, destiny, and the like, to direct it in any way we choose [key word being “we”, i.e. the Nation] 5) the Moorish peoples are at home on Amexem, these American dominions of the old Moorish Empire, whereas the European American is foreign and based on the most recent election as well as past acts of state is admittedly against their protectorate, the United States government 6) the wealth of the United States of America is in its Moorish population, i.e. the negro, latino, Indian, colored, etc., to prove to the international community that despite our present condition we are worthy of recognition as Americans in full life, capable of controlling and regulating commerce for the sake of all invested.

If not properly educated on the aforementioned facts the Moors (and Europeans) in America will officially become the commercial property of foreign investors. The Moorish Americans need to learn the truth about themselves and the world they live in and stop accepting that they are the sole product of slavery and colonialism. Black History is the history of the negro slaves who were granted their freedom from chattel slavery. It involves colorful myths of “the first negro” millionaire, surgeon, etc. and over publicizes the enslavement and its effects on the people instead of the peoples’ history prior to their condition. The knowledgeable US citizens have a good laugh when they see the fallen Moors lining up in celebration of “Black History” because they know the true history of the Moors and the Afrika-Amerika connection. It is so important that we as a people correct the history books and enforce that truth in the face of racism and discrimination. Remember, the person who calls you nigger will never want to discuss blood and origins, 1) there is a possibility that they may have negro blood 2) there is a high probability that your blood is older and healthier. We are evidence of our ancestors, the history of humanity, proof of eternal life on Earth. Not one nation on this planet has a history that did not in some way benefit from our labor whether physical or intellectual and we must evolve as we continue to contribute to the world family as Humans. Moorish Americans who know must be as an example to those who do not know; do not make obscure your path to freedom as it contrary to how you were raised to your position. We Moorish Americans are the talented %10 that will make good citizens out of our brothers who have been mislabeled negro, black, colored, Indian, latino, white, red, etc. to separate them from their respective tribes and nations. All Americans are a blended mixture of Moabites, Canaanites, Hittites, Armorites, etc. and represent the 12 tribes of Yaqub who have established nations to represent the interest of their respective community members.

Also, if the European American feels too pushed into a corner, then they are with every right to fight that force to the death. To enjoy holding and/or being in full possession of our Self and our Land we are going to have to be able to defend both from vandals. With all of the technology and guns in the inner city there can be no excuse for a repeat of the events from the 1920s that took place on what was once called Black Wall Street. Those Moorish Americans who enjoy the spoils of this land would do well to remember the incidents of Black Wall Street and not be so quick to turn their backs on their brother and sister whom have less than them now, for in the coming days they shall be the Angels protecting the brother’s social interests as their own. Adepts should be assisting novices in their deciphering of the Zodiac to see the political strategy being used against Americans so that they can help others avoid being harmed by the financial destabilization “white” supremacy. War between the states and the federal government is inevitable; Americans and US citizens will be both the soldiers and the victims. The fact that the states are arming themselves as though they were sovereign nations, the people are being un-armed by the federal government through the state law, spy planes/drones being purchased by counties within the state all evidence that a fight is about to start. Civil war begins and ends in the courts and banks, every now and then it goes to a battlefield to make it more official for those brutes of society. Look at the lawsuits by the states and look at the suits from the government against the states, and then look at the people suing both state and federal government and vice versa. The people are pissed and the country is in shambles. Moorish peoples can heal this wound should they begin standing on the number one commandment in the Bible, which is to honor thy Mother and thy Father so that the days on this Earth shall be long. Our Mothers and Fathers were not born negro, Indian, latino, colored, etc. those names were adopted so that you might grow up one day and relieve yourself of that burden to redeem your family and become, once again, part of the family of nations. It is our time to rise. Every society when going through any sort of financial disaster has been able to produce kings and queens for the next generation. These people are the ones who were able to take advantage of their immediate situations by putting themselves in positions within a burgeoning society that secured their family name’s attachment to the group’s (national) wealth. Moorish Americans are those people here in America and it is expected that through Common Sense, Free and Accepted Masonry and/or Moorish Science good men and women will act unselfishly by sharing with all of humanity the value of Ancient Order of things and how it binds us to one accord. The Free and Accepted understand this fact and will rise as all Stars do to guide their descendants towards the fruit of the Tree of Life.

The people of the Earth are being buried with all types of information in the name of education on the claim that it is the truth. Has anyone ever noticed that the accountability in the so-called “black” community is non-existent? By this question it is meant that at what point do the educated, wealthy, healthy, and self-sufficient of the darker-skinned races become accountable for their ignoring of some of the most obvious of clues as to why the “African American” population at large remains misrepresented in politics and law in a land that we have come to call home in spite of the objections. As it stands, the general population of “people of color” are the majority; however, through colonization they maintain a perpetual state of division in the Americas that makes them blind to the fact that we are one. The elite of the “black” community are bestowed with the greatest power and authority to properly educate the youth and fill their Minds with the evidence that supports how they feel about their identity in spite of the so-called history taught in public schools. The question is, “Where is the accountability?”. Who, other than the victim, should be held responsible for the state of “black” people, and at what point are they expected to pay?

The subject of accountability arises after having witnessed the movies titled ‘Django: Unchained’ and the series ‘Roots’. After watching these films and witnessing the length that a people will go to entertain [/remain employed by] their benefactor it can be ascertained that the “African American” must find himself in a peculiar state these days. The Afro-American people are by all means the least of the groups in America concerned with politics, unless being mislead by some [entertainer/political/religious] leader for some ridiculous cause which essentially does nothing. What can be said to the actors and investors in these sorts of films? Do they have any accountability to which they should be liable? According to the laws of nature, their actions will make them debtors to retribution of the strangest type. Let’s explore some consequences.

The three most important facts for the “black” people in North America to always remember is that 1) we are not and cannot ever be citizens of the United States 2)Article I section 3 of the national Constitution for these United States of America affirms that 3/5ths persons and Indians shall not be taxed or represented (because they cannot become citizens) and that any actions done contrary to that are fraud and voidable 3) Lincoln’s authority to free the slaves existed only in states which his office had control over, and the laws here have always affirmed that slavery was a state’s right and could not be interfered with by the federal government. These three facts are critical to the core of the status of the so called “black” people. It is through a proper education that we might come to accept these facts and proceed to live on in accordance to those pre-ordained laws as at least they are the laws upon which this nation governs itself by. By removing from them (the government) one liability you absolve them from all responsibility in the future. In other words, creating the 13th and 14th Amendments that are contrary to the seven articles of the Constitution the people/congress [themselves] have thrown out the constitution which protected their rights from government and corporations and have only statutory rights and privileges. It cannot be stressed enough that the key to our thriving within the United States is going to come through our knowledge of true world history and a firm understanding of politics.

Involuntary servitude as punishment for a crime is legal so in order to avoid having children who would end up in jail/enslavement it would be wise to learn the law, the rules, and the proper ways to play before trying to play. Teaching children to understand the law will keep them from being victims of the law. Public officials are less likely to violate the rights of people who know what their rights are. Citizens are less likely to violate the laws of the land if they know what the laws are and their responsibility to it [the law] as citizens or inhabitants of the land. Within the “African American” community there are enough legal scholars, lawyers, historians, and teachers to teach these important things to our people to make better citizens out of them. The money for a venue to teach these things is also in the community which further makes it a self-sufficient cause aimed at creating a better future for the people. Is it a coincidence that the state runs both the education and corrections facilities and that the failure of one [the educational] system creates greater earning potential for the other [correctional] system? It is highly doubtful since failure to attend school can also lead to an arrest for truancy.

On the other end is the legality of voluntary servitude, which means that if you want to be a slave you can. This is the predicament that many Americans find themselves in. Many have entered into agreements whereby they have legally become the slaves to the corporate machine of the U.S. Democracy of the 1860s. The European-Americans or “white” U.S. citizens are ipso jure U.S. citizens and legal and lawful debtors to the U.S. government and its international debt holders. Their work, labor, and lives belong to someone else all because their ancestors long ago renounced their political allegiances and declared themselves U.S. citizens under the Democracy. The confused negroes and indians followed their masters into the democracy despite the explicit enumeration of the Constitution forbidding citizenship to them. It took some time, but without ever having to pass any bill or written legislation granting citizenship to a people called “African American” the blacks think themselves to be citizens and will freely contract under the ideology without any question.

Those involved in education of any form and not aware of these facts or in dispute with them are in denial of the very nature of the original 13th amendment, the 1724 Black codes, Magna Charta, and Treaty of Verona. You do not have to believe in God or Allah to accept that a group of people called children of Ham are thought by many to be cursed and the bearers of the label ‘slave’ by the graces of the almighty. The preacher, while claiming to be an instrument of God is really an agent for the state [just think back to that wedding and how the words “by the power vested in me by the state of…” were used] just selling a service to you that God has already ordained. In other words, woman and man are already married through nature/in the eye of the Creator; and any law or man refusing to recognize such a union, mutually confessed by both parties, is ungodly, unholy, solely of the devil. The Pull-Pit is the den whereby souls are lead to wonder in the darkness of the shadows casted by the awesomeness of the Creator. This is another case where accountability must considered, is it ignorance or do they just not care about the validity of the information they transmitting to the people?

If you have not already grasped the concept of this discussion on accountability after having viewed the above mentioned films here it is. ‘Django’ is a revenge flick predicated on a history spouted by the U.S. and other western nations that is questionable in more ways than one. ‘Roots’ like most of the U.S. history about “black” people is a misrepresentation of truth and is a skimmed over account of events that in some instances were plain out lies. The fact of the matter is that slavery is such a touchy topic here in the Americas because much of it as it is told in U.S. history is over-exaggerated. A quick peek into the 17 century and the references to the natives of the Americas would suggest that the writers were in Africa and in many cases the people called native Americans/indians today were identified centuries ago by Europeans as Negroes or Negritoes and negroes de Guinea, and the like. Black history from the American perspective starts with freedom from bondage and presumes that blacks are or were born slaves and freed all pursuant to some biblical passage. Movies like ‘Django’ and ‘Roots’ excuse the European colonists as though the majority of “blacks” are content with the current state of affairs. Seriously, can any individual claim that he can be offended by a racial comment or slur after putting on the sort of faces [acting] that these people committed to while making these films. What won’t an actor do for money and fame? Often it is wondered whether or not our ancestors are looking at us and laughing and/or feeling disturbed by our actions. If the Europeans tell “blacks” that something is in good taste and is not racist or biased the “black” has the duty of wrapping his/her head around the idea, totally removing the ability to censor for themselves and determine what a healthy environment is.

The saddest part is that I can beat your ass, remind you constantly that I beat your ass, then while I’m beating your ass in a new form convince you to act out how I used to beat your ass. Based solely on the fact that negroes are still slaves, time could not possibly exist, nothing really changes, and the only thing that is happening in this life is that we are growing. The field nigga and the house nigga dynamic is the last thing that “black” people need to be using to validate who is real, especially in this day and age. Just consider that the rich negroes in America sold their soul while the poorest negroes in the world have such a status because the nation’s currency is not the dominant form of exchange for goods and services. Both individuals are alive but one has more control over his/her wealth than the other, i.e. it is easier to manage $20 than it is $20 million. Will there ever come a point whereby actors, teachers, entertainers, etc. will be held accountable or is it pretty much safe to say that the talented %10 has forsaken the other %90 all for the sake of getting to sit and eat like them [the white man] but not with them. The irony in all movies dealing with slavery is that each of the “black” actors is that “good’ol house negra dat won’t eva talk ill of massa cuz howz weez gon eat”. African Americans at large are playing themselves just like the U.S. citizens are. These negroes will act a fool for the money and can actually stand with a straight face and claim that they are honest, sincere, or real.

Should the day come when we hold these people accountable for their actions it must be considered that their offspring are likely to make the same mistakes and offer the same burdens to the group. In any effort to restore the health of a nation there must be accountability. The current/most popular religions of the “black” people have no accountability for their actions and present to them no Earthly goal which might offer the satisfaction that can be had through the graces of a Creator. At some point the lawless people of the Americas are going to have to develop a standard for themselves that is higher than that which the “white” man likes to live by. That is their moral code that makes it okay to celebrate the theft and slaughter of a people and maintain a stronghold over those people likely to give out only through threat or force. The African/Moorish slaves are now the negroes whose moral compass [Oath to God] is set to please the earthly master.

Someone please help awaken the sleepy-headed Moors of North America, as it is pretty obvious that their leaders are not up for the job.

Why Moorish American?

Because in this land of commerce it is a must that all of the natural peoples on the land (born here or abroad) must be under some protection from unlawful commercial liability. That protection must be under treaty or through naturalization or agents of the governments presume that you are stateless and have waived all duties which the agent would be contractually (/constitutionally) bound to uphold. Declare your nationality Moors and take responsibility for your life.  

If it is not already apparent, I am a Moslem and my nationality is Moorish. My ancestors wereSonghai-Malian/Moroccan who were the victims of slavery by the inquisitionists/colonists during the crusades and other battles between Moslems and Christians (Moros y Cristianos). My nationality, and that of my peoples, was concealed under slave labels. The names black, negro, colored, white, jew, latino, Hispanic, Ethiopian, etc. are all names that delude to slavery or enslavement under the 1863 Union which gave rise to the psychological origins of “white” supremacy and the Klu-Klos Klan. By being educated according to the standard started by Horace Mann the United States of America has been able to foster a society whereby the majority is reduced to believe they are minorities only because the European-Americans with very pale skin consider themselves majority despite all evidence to the contrary. The overall goal of my project is to help the people erase all such notions of a white man or black man without making people feel less than human for not knowing any better.

While speaking with some persons from other countries about the names black and white it was revealed to me that many of the “foreigners” who come here are somewhat uncomfortable with calling people colors, but because they see us calling ourselves these names it only seems right for them to do the same. In the process of this a friend, whom calls himself a black nationalist, overhears our comments and does not agree with me at all. In fact, his support for his claim is that if the Europeans can get together and call themselves white we can do the same under the label black. I responded with a saying, ”If I read my master’s book then I share my master’s brain.” He was insulted a little, but insisted that being or calling oneself black was sufficient enough in that the world knows us as that. He and a few others made very good points as why black or African American is proper until I asked them who told you that you were negro, black, colored, African American, etc.? None wanted to say the answer. The Gambian, Korean, and Brit sitting at the table knew exactly who did it. I explained to these people that if you can’t even admit that the European colonized you and taught you that you were a Negro or whatever then you are not really ready for the truth, which is that he [Master] lied to you. I told them if they are just reluctant to talk of it because of emotions then they are going to have an even harder time as they are evidently running from or avoiding responsibility. The former slaves owe it to their children to no longer classify themselves as negro, Afro, African, black, colored, etc. because there is too much information available regarding true world history.

Even the Klan member that I spoke with affirmed the same. He explained to me that he was taught that their organization’s leaders made sure to instill in this society a disdain for anything black or dark, whether coming out of Africa or America. In case you wonder why he was talking to me in the first place it was because he heard me talking to some other people about nationalizing and doing for yourself instead of waiting on the state to give you something. He even had the nerve to tell me that we got no problem with Moors because you all do not wish to be involved “white” society and often times have our own communities. It was odd seeing him admit that in spite of my dark-skin he did not consider me a negro or black. Other encounters with judges, lawyers, and police have affirmed the same too; they only call us those names and treat us in a negative way because we do not object or take offense. The Europeans, Asians, and Africans know that we are all Moors, but they also know that we like being black, take offense when we are told we are not black enough, and will get absolutely out of control if pissed enough. The people say they know race does not matter, but I have yet to see any petition to remove the labels black and white from anything associated with a person’s identity.

It is important that all Americans realize that the future of this nation, the people’s happiness, is dependent upon the welfare of the “minority”. If they are not kept happy or entertained they will begin to realize the disparity and may attempt to cause trouble in the form of a revolution. Remember what happened in the 60’s and 70’s all over the country; it is not likely that the U.S. can handle the financial losses that will transpire. The only reason why the U.S. government is considered to be number one is its recruitment of the former Moors who are mislabeled negro, latino, indian, and colored or indio into its sports games, military, and state militia [police]. By that fact it is of great importance that the American people drop their dislike of dark-skin and become themselves. It must be understood that pale-skin is a social luxury [not a determinant of intelligence or ability] and a natural phenomenon of the body. All of the humans need each other to move into the future, i.e. evolve, and the last thing helping us is trying to keep ourselves from getting too light or getting too dark. This is the insanity factor that needs to be broken, but only if we truly wish to rid the land of racism.

In the end, I can honestly say that both groups “the white and black” enjoy their positions and do not really want change. The negro or African-American is absolved from responsibility by denying and ignoring their nationality. They are given sympathy and welfare and are able to be in line with some story from the bible regarding their enslavement. The European-American and other true citizens are raised to highest standard of living in the United States as U.S. citizens. They are allowed to sell anything they want to the less desirables of this society and be exempt from any recourse because the majority here only have civil rights and know nothing of human rights. The people of this land can learn to love instead of hate, but for now their hating is conducive to the lifestyle which they wish to lead as master and slave, whereby the state is the master and the people are the slaves.

When researching historical events it is important to know that there exist scholars/writers known as revisionists. They are at best propagandists who have used their positions to revise or reshape history to fit a paradigm inconsistent with truth. June 14th 1914 marks the day used by revisionists of history to purport that WWI began, and so will it for the purpose of this writing. They also use the assassination of Archduke Francis Ferdinand by nationalist to support their claim. The only truth taught by these revisionists is that there were large numbers of deaths and that two sides existed, with numerous participants, called the Allied Powers and Central Powers. It must be considered that to the victor goes the spoils and that is inclusive of the right to teach history in a light favorable to the victor. This is evidenced by the [untold] fact that many of the European nations received funding for the war from members of the same family all taking residence within their respective nations. The true reasons for the war may never be known, but results from the war do tell a different story than does the history book.

On the one hand, it is very well conceivable that an assassination could evoke war, but only within the limits of those most affected by the act. It is highly doubtful that such a war warrants the intrusion of other nations. However, for those nations who invested in it with people or supplies, the war was very profitable in the end. The United States joined the war last, in 1917, after the sinking of the Lusitania in and/or around English waters which killed 1201 people and provided enough will in the American people to want to join. The history behind even this [the sunken vessel] matter seems awkward, like a 9-11 incident but before it’s time. What is meant by this is that the idea that a ship [filled with ammunition] that knowingly sails into waters (being patrolled by an “enemy” state) in war time will not be shot at simply because the ship is foreign to those nations at battle is ridiculous. Some conspiracy theorists say American involvement was the work of Churchill in Britain and others under President Wilson’s Administration.

After careful consideration of both the commonly known facts and the conspiracy theories about the reasons for the war the conclusion is that it was political and a revenue generator for those invested with that knowledge. It was an attack on the old way of life, under total monarchal rule; to institute a new way of life under some form of democracy. According to Wikipedia the German, Russian, Ottoman, and Austro-Hungarian empires ended and gave rise to nation states. The Great War ended with the Battle of Argonne Forest which began on September 26, 1918 and finished November 11, 1918. The American and German deaths were at or just over 100,000. Allied soldiers stormed the Germans from multiple directions and were able to take the war to its end. Whether the history is true or not, it is a fact that people died and it might appear to some that they are in a dark century.

The Barbary Treaties 1786-1816

Treaty with Morocco - Hunter Miller's Notes

The city of Morocco, where the treaty was signed, is now known as Marrakesh.

The dates given are those recited; some doubt is cast upon their accuracy, however, by letter from Thomas Barclay, who negotiated the treaty with the Emperor of Morocco, addressed to Adams and Jefferson and dated at Morocco July 16, 1786, from which the following is extracted (Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, I, 814):

The 13th instant the treaty was sent to me by the Effendi, since which some important alterations have been made, which the villany and carelessness of the Talbe Houdrani (to whom the drawing was committed) made necessary; and yesterday it was again delivered from Tahar Fennish, to whose hands the King committed the arrangement of the matter. It still wants an additional article, or rather a declaration, which his Majesty has permitted to be made in his name, but which he desired might not make a part of the treaty.

In a letter of June 26, 1786, Barclay had written, "the last draft of the treaty is made, and will probably be signed in a few days" (ibid., 805).

The document signed by Jefferson and Adams, including the English translations of the treaty and of the additional article, is printed in full after the Arabic text of the treaty; following it is printed the Ship-Signals Agreement, with a comment on its two lines of Arabic script; then come the observations of Doctor Snouck Hurgronje regarding the English translation of 1786, with his own rendering of various articles.

THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

The original document signed by Jefferson and Adams is in 91 C. C. Papers, I, folios 213-31. The Department of State file contains a facsimile of that document, the original of the treaty, and the original of the Ship-Signals Agreement; but the original of the additional article has not been found and accordingly cannot be reproduced. As to this article, Barclay reported (letter to Adams and Jefferson, October 2, 1786, Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, II, 695):

The original of the declaration made by Mr. Fennish could not be placed in the same book with the treaty sealed by the Emperor, the Moorish forms not permitting it; therefore, Mr. Fennish wrote it in another book, which I had placed in his hands, with a copy of the treaty for examination, in order that he might certify the verity of it, lest any accident should happen to the original; which book, with authenticated copies of the other papers, remains in my hands.

The original of the additional article appears to have been enclosed in a letter from Thomas Barclay to Jefferson, dated at Madrid December 4, 1786 (signed "copy" in 91 C. C. Papers, I, folios 21112), from which the following is an extract:

I now inclose you a Copy of the Declaration made by Tahar Fennish in addition to the 10th article of the Treaty with the Emperor of Morocco. It is in Arabic and sign'd by himself. the necessity of a Duplicate of that Declaration, did not appear obvious to me untill I got to Tangier, and within this hour it has reach'd me. you have also the Translation annex'd to it.

In the calendar of letters to Jefferson (Bulletin of the Bureau of Rolls and Library, No. 8, pt. 2, 36) this letter is listed "Press copy. 4°. 2 pages." The letter, which is in the Library of Congress (26 Thomas Jefferson Papers, folio 4477), is not a press copy, however; it is an original. There is no enclosure with it. In Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, II, 34, is printed a translation of the additional article, certified by Thomas Barclay under the date of the above-mentioned letter and referring to "the annexed declaration, in Arabic "; but that certified translation has not been found.

NOTE REGARDING THE RATIFICATION

The United States instrument of ratification is copied in 135 C. C. Papers, I; also in Journals, 1823 ea., IV, 756-59. The two forms are not identical; the latter contains a paragraph mentioning the approval of the treaty by Jefferson and Adams which the former omits. Neither form mentions the Ship-Signals Agreement.

In the making of treaties, the procedure and customs of the various Barbary States differed somewhat inter se and were not in all respects those of usual diplomatic practice. Thus, in the present instance, the sealing on behalf of the Emperor of Morocco of the original treaty written in the "book," with the delivery thereof, was deemed a finality on the part of Morocco. The theory seems to have been somewhat similar to our notion of a unilaterally executed grant and its delivery, for the text in the "book" was not signed or sealed on behalf of the other party. It may be added that the "book" is literally a book, in leather covers, with the text running from the back leaf on alternate pages and the front pages blank.

The customs of Morocco were doubtless not known to Adams and Jefferson, for their commission to Barclay, following the language of their own commission from Congress (Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, I, 656-57), gave him authority only

. . . under our directions and instructions, to commence and prosecute negotiations and conferences for the said treaty, with such person or persons on the part of the Emperor of Morocco as his Majesty shall appoint and empower for that purpose-

Provided always, that the treaty in question shall be signed by us, but that preliminary articles thereto may, if previously approved by us, be signed by the said agent.

Indeed, such "missions by deputation" were criticized by Adams as "unknown to Courts and Ministers, and to the law of nations" (ibid., II, 802); but the practice had been suggested by him (Wharton, Diplomatic Correspondence, VI, 692).

The signing by Jefferson and Adams of the certified translations was therefore properly a part of their report to Congress of the result of the negotiation entrusted to them and delegated by them to Thomas Barclay; but the agreement was already complete on the part of Morocco and awaited only the ratification of Congress, and doubtless notice thereof, to become complete on both sides.

As was reported from Morocco some fifty years later:

The Treaty, it will be observed, being sealed by the Emperor according the diplomatic custom observed in this Empire, bears the form of a grant. Hence, it would be out of rule to deface the original with my signature or seal. I have therefore attached these to the copy and translation which will accompany the original, according to the usage observed by Diplomatic Agents in other parts of Barbary. (D. S., 5 Consular Despatches, Tangier, No. 39, October 11, 1836.)

The necessity of acceptance on the part of the United States was recognized, however, for Barclay wrote in one of his reports (letter to Adams and Jefferson, September 18, 1786, Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, II, 723):

I was asked to sign an acceptation of the articles on the part of the United States; but as the treaty was not drawn up in the form expected, I excused myself, (without, however, giving any offense,) referring Mr. Fennish to Congress and the Ministers.

A letter from Congress to the Emperor of Morocco notified the ratification of the treaty; the same letter indicates that it had been published and proclaimed (Secret Journals of Congress, IV, 365, July 23, 1787). With this letter the United States instrument of ratification was transmitted (Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, II, 44, 86). The letter and ratification were duly delivered to the Emperor of Morocco some time prior to August 17, 1788. The original of the letter of acknowledgment on the part of the Emperor of Morocco, dated that day and written in Arabic, is in the archives of the Department of State; and there is an Italian translation of it in 88 C. C. Papers, II, folio 524, as one of the enclosures to a letter ("triplicate") of November 5, 1788, from William Carmichael, Charge d'A~9Faires at Madrid, to Jay. In that letter (printed in Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, III, 370) Carmichael calls the acknowledgment of the Emperor of Morocco "the ratification of the treaty," and similarly in his letter to Jefferson of November 3, 1788 (43 Thomas Jefferson Papers, folio 7423), and in his letter to Jay of December 2, 1788 ("duplicate" in 88 C. C. Papers, II, folios 588-89, with no enclosures; that letter is printed in Diplomatic Correspondence, 1783-1789, III, 381-82; see also the two letters of Francisco Chiappe, ibid., 371-72). But, while doubtless a confirmation of the treaty, the letter of the Emperor of Morocco can hardly be deemed a ratification in any formal or technical sense.

The seal of the letter, which follows its opening phrases, is the same as that of the treaty; and as translated by Doctor Snouck Hurgronje, the letter reads thus:

In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful, and there is no might nor power but in God, the Great, the High.

From the servant of God, Muhammed, son of Abdallah, may God bestow His favor upon him. Amen!

To the Great One of the American States [Estados Amarikanos], the President. Peace be on those who follow the right guidance [i. e., the Mohammedan religion]! To come to the point: Your letter has reached us and also have reached us the articles of the Treaty of Peace which you have sent us, and we are with you on terms of complete truce and peace. We have now written what you wanted us to write to Tunis and Tripoli, and all that you have asked from us shall be fulfilled if God please. Greetings! Written in the middle in [the month Dhu] al-Qa'dah [Zu'lkadah] of the year two and two hundred and thousand 1202.

Doctor Snouck Hurgronje makes also the following comment on the letter:

Placing the seal at the head of the letter denotes great superiority in rank of the writer in comparison with that of the person to whom the letter is addressed.

"The Great One of . . ." is the title by which infidel rulers are addressed in letters from the Prophet. The greeting formula, " Peace be on those who follow the right guidance," is the classical one to be addressed to unbelievers, implying that they are not worth greeting.

NOTE REGARDING PROMULGATION

There appears no official record of any separate proclamation of this treaty. The United States instrument of ratification, however, embodying the treaty and additional article in English, was published at the time (e. g., the Daily Advertiser, New York, July 21, 1787). The Department of State file now contains a facsimile of the newspaper print.

Accordingly, the instrument of ratification seems to have served as a proclamation and to have been regarded as such upon publication. As published it follows the form in the Journals, referred to above, and recites that the treaty was "written in the Arabic language " and "translated into the language of the said United States of America"; it contains no mention of the Ship-Signals Agreement.

As stated above, copies of the Ship-Signals Agreement were, on July 23,1787, ordered by Congress to be sent to the Executives of the States (Secret Journals of Congress, IV, 369, where the paper is called No. 6 instead of No. 7; see Diplomatic Correspondence, 17831789, II, 695). From that period to the present, however, the Ship-Signals Agreement seems never to have been printed, either in the diplomatic correspondence or elsewhere.

THE LATER CONFIRMATION

A treaty with Morocco was there regarded as to some degree personal on the part of the ruling Emperor, at least to the extent of requiring confirmation or recognition by a successor. Accordingly, soon after the death of the then Emperor, in April, 1790, negotiations to that end were initiated (see American State Papers, Foreign Relations, I, 104, 128, 288-90); but conflicts regarding the succession to the throne of Morocco continued for some years; after these were ended, a letter was written by the succeeding Emperor, dated at Rabat August 19, 1795 (2 Safar, A. U. 1210), recognizing the treaty with his father. For the papers in the matter, including a translation of the confirming letter, see ibid., 525-27.

The Suppression of Greatness through mass ignorance is the last road bump stopping the Moorish peoples in the Americas from being recognized as de jure tribe of peoples distinct from the U.S. citizens. Articles written in newspapers and online blogs about Moors in the Americas seem to carry a hint of disdain and/or unbelief at what is being asserted by these “crazy blacks” as we are so often mis-labeled. It seems that these writers know of the historical Moors, but cannot for the life of them accept that the people that they call negro, black, colored, latino, Indian, etc. are Moors. As writers they are playing on their readers’ ignorance of the Moors and identity of themselves. Recently, they have referred to Moors as a part of the sovereign movement, which is just another label to put the awakened Moors in a threatening category to make them out to be terrorists. This is so much further from the truth. As Moors we understand that our land is being occupied by a foreign agent, acting as a trustee over the wealth of this great nation. Our interest are being misrepresented by the U.S. government as we do not seek to spread democracy in other lands because we know that democracy is “mob rule” and that the United States of America/Union Society is established as a Republic, under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

That’s what attracted all to America, the idea of freedom and each Man being a King in his own castle and not a subject of the sovereign without his consent. These journalists or bloggers have that right to freedom of speech to criticize and mislabel Moors, but on that same token we Moors have a right to file the documents we file under the same right as well as due process justifying our actions and putting to rest this assertion of paper terrorism. Realistically, the only paper terrorists are bill collectors, banks, and clerks of the courts. They send out bills of attainders as a means of securing their existence despite not being vested with any Constitutional authority. If Moors are paper terrorists by filing their documents, then it would be suffice to say that any and all documents mislabeling Moors can be considered Letters of Marque or attempts to engage in war with a nation despite the existence of a Treaty between parties. We, not just Moors, are all free here, and deserve to be accepted by those who tell the People that they have their best interests in mind.

These writers against the Moors and their application of ancient law in these days are misinforming people on large scales. To all the writers out in the world, before you go assuming you know everything about the Americas and the People who live here do some research first; you will be surprised at what you might find.

One Moor thing, there is a Treaty with Morocco which secures the rights of all Moors here. The treaty is based upon ancient law as is the Constitution. Governments rule by the consent of the governed and by no other authority; this is an ancient understanding of life. I, you, we have a right to choose our allegiances and our rulers or to rule ourselves according to custom. It is with that thought that it must be recognized that the so-called negro, black, colored, white, jew, Indian, latino, indio, etc. wish to be let alone and conduct their own affairs consistent with their chosen way of life.
